Dave Lawie PhD - Managing Director
As Managing Director, Dave is responsible for executing ioGlobal's overall vision, overseeing business operations and working with customers to grow their business. Dave is a driving force behind our product innovation and realisation.
Dave has expertise in all aspects of geochemistry, from greenfields exploration through to production, and extensive experience in software and workflow design. Dave has extensive experience in managing technical professionals for major global resource groups, such as Anglo American and Pasminco Exploration.
Stephen Winter - Director and VP Business Development
A founder of ioGlobal, Stephen leads technology development and solution delivery for ioGlobal and is driven by customer success and satisfaction. He is responsible for business development, working with our clients and partners to maximise their success.
Stephen has extensive experience implementing computing systems and managing computing teams. He has worked in the exploration and mining industry for twenty two years working across geology, exploration software development, and management for companies including Encom Technology, Pasminco Exploration and Rio Tinto.
Tim Kelemen - Chief Technology Officer
Tim is responsible for delivering robust and pragmatic data systems solutions to ioGlobal’s clients. In addition to being a principal consultant on data systems, Tim also manages implementation teams.
Tim has over 20 years experience in both geology and computing applications within the exploration and mining industries, with particular experience in database management.
Tim has an in-depth knowledge of SQL Server as well as acQuire, Datashed, Access, Datamine, Vulcan, and Arcview.
Michelle Carey PhD - Manager ioGeochemistry
Michelle is responsible for ensuring effective delivery of innovative and pragmatic geochemical solutions to our clients. Michelle’s mission is to ensure the ioGeochemistry team remains the leading force in Applied Geochemistry.
Michelle has 15 years industry experience in an array of geochemical specialist and management roles working for companies including WMC Resources and BHPBilliton. Michelle has worked on numerous commodities, focusing on nickel and gold exploration from strategy development to project execution. Michelle has expertise in diverse geochemical techniques specialising in deep cover exploration approaches such as hydrogeochemistry.
Her management experience includes the co-ordination of multimillion dollar exploration programs.
Che Wightwick - Manager Hosted Data Systems
Che’s role is to manage the ioHUB team to ensure clients have a productive experience when accessing their core datasets hosted by ioGlobal.
Che has extensive experience in exploration and mining with significant exposure to field data collection, laboratory processing and resource modelling. He is a data management expert with a strong background in GIS.
Che has coordinated the data migration and system implementation for in excess of 50 industry and government data systems.
Dennis Arne PhD, RPGeo - Principal Geochemical Consultant, Vancouver
Dennis manages our Vancouver office and is responsible for business development and customer relations for our North American customers.
Dennis has more than 25 years experience in applied geochemistry, both in Canada and Australia. In recent years he has been involved as a consultant in the development of geochemical programs for gold exploration, has undertaken a number of environmental soil and water assessments, and was formerly Senior Geochemist with Geoscience Victoria. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (Geochemistry) in Canada.
