ISO 9001 certification of our QMS gives our clients confidence that our systems are working efficiently and meet international standards of excellence. It also provides an independent verification for our clients that an effective quality system is in place.
Certification involved an independent evaluation of management activities and service processes. The assessment also covered ioGlobal's methods for measuring quality and the identification of any deficiencies that may cause adverse outcomes. To gain certification, we needed to demonstrate that we deal appropriately with both existing and potential problems.
Certification is an ongoing process and provides incentives for ioGlobal to continually improve, and supports the achievements of our goals and objectives.
